Jaymes came to Austin in 1984 after earning his BBA in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University. He began his real estate career as a new home sales agent. In fact, Jaymes sold his first home on his very first day of work! He continued to have repeated success selling new construction for David Weekley and Newmark Homes. After spending seven years with builders, Jaymes turned to brokerage sales. He went on to pilot his own residential brokerage, Providence Realty Group. Building his business from the ground up, Jaymes learned the importance of technology in real estate marketing, and has utilized and stressed its importance throughout his career. To stay on the cutting edge of technology and growth, Jaymes moved his company underneath the Keller Williams Realty umbrella. The Jaymes Willoughby Team continues to be named as a top 5 agent in the Austin Metro Area by the Austin Business Journal. Jaymes and his team started a dog rescue effort years ago, and since then has affiliated themselves with Addicous Dog Rescue. Their focus is helping find foster parents for dogs that are days away from death in Texas’ dog kill shelters. The JW Team has annual fundraising events to raise money for dogs transitioning from death row to a happy “furever home.”
