We work with you and your agent throughout the listing and sale process. Our goal is for you to get into the home of your dreams while receiving full market value for your current home. Once we’ve purchased your home, we prepare and list it with your agent. If the home sells for more than the price we paid for it, we’ll give you the additional cash minus selling costs and program fees.

Yes! This is available to clients who are working with a HomeLight Set Trade-In certified agent. If you don’t already have an agent, we are happy to recommend one.

Real estate agents are a critical part of a great transaction, and we require all HomeLight Set Trade-In customers to work with a HS Trade-In certified agent.

Get on the list for access to HomeLight Trade-In. We’ll review your information upon submission and will be in touch when we are onboarding new agents in your area.

Note: HomeLight Set Elite Agents have priority access to HS Trade-In.

Yes! Once you have access to HomeLight Set Trade-In, you can use it with all of your clients, not just your HS referred clients. If you introduce one of your own clients to the HomeLight Set Trade-In program, we’ll never refer them to other agents, and won’t collect a referral fee.

Yes. You negotiate your commission with your clients.
